Stock radio is displaying "LOC" on display

I was trying out different chip configurations (Thrasher) and after installing the newer chip I get a "LOC" displayed on the TTA stock radio. None of the buttons get a response...not even the power off. Is there a way to get the radio off the "Loc" mode so that I can enjoy it??? I already disconnected/reconnected the battery after reinstalling the original chip...still "LOC" on the display. Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.

You got to get the code number from GM, they probally need you vin number.

Turn the ignition on and press the 'mute' or 'recall' button on the steering wheel controls. Can't remember which on, but that will unlock it.
