Stock-style downpipe be used with ATR stage II headers?

Hello,
I have two different stock-style DPs, both with external waste-gates, one for ATR stock-style headers, and one for stock headers. Can these be used with ATR stage II stainless headers, if I convert the exhaust housing of a GTQ70 turbo to one with a puck hole? I have stage II engine with stage II heads. I'm not sure if the stage II headers reposition the turbo from stock location? I know it would probably be better to use dedicated DP for stage II headers, but have $$ in these parts, and would like to try to use them. Thanks. John.

True, the turbo IS NOT in the stock location on SII headers/heads. The heads move them up, and the placement is radically different.

I'm not sure, but I seem to remember that my ATR downpipe is the same part number for use with either ATR stock-head headers or S2 headers.

My turbo is pretty darn close to the stock location with ATR S2 headers. I think it may work out for you.
