Stock tach is out 1300rpm/ how to fix?

Like the ad says, The stock idiot lights on the dash board say I am idling at 2300rpm, and there is no way that is true. The stock factory boost guage is the same. How do I fix this?

Remove the tach-boost module and send to Casper's. We replace two chips and re-calibrate the module. The condition you are experiencing is a genetic defect, and ALL GN's will eventually have the same problem.
