Stock Torque arm

Just wondering how I get the stock torque arm unattached from the trans cross member? I haven't really looked at it yet, but just ordered a tunnel mounted torque arm, and will need to take it out soon.

remove the long bolts holding it to the rear axle housing then just pull it out of the pushing that holds it to the transmission cross member, the rubber bushing is a clamshell style bracket with the pushings and the bolt is a bit tricky to get too however if you just pull (wiggle a bit) the torque arm towards the rear of the car it will come out.

tunnel mounted torque arm?? Is that a torque arm and trans cross member in one???

I thinks it's shorter than a stock replacement torque arm, and mounts completely independent of the trans cross member. I haven't looked yet, but the torque arm mount bolts to existing holes.
