stock turbo and ta 49 needs rebuilds

I have a stock turbo off my 87 that needs a rebuild as well as a ta 49.
They both have in and out and up and down play and were blowing some blues. I did not see any damage to the fins, I don't think they rubbed at all. asking 150.00 for the ta49 and 125 for the stocker. + shipping
Not sure what these are really worth so shoot me an offer.
