What is the actual horsepower rating of a stock turbo and is its actual sizes of its compressor and exhaust wheels? thanks in advance.

Their is no hp rating. Not sure on the wheels since i havent ever measured them.

With supporting mods....7-9 hp per psi.

87' 245 hp @ 15 psi

turn it up to 23 psi 75 extra hp +/- 1-2 hp = 310 ish. Now throw a better inter cooler, slightly bigger injectors and a good chip. I would say close to 350-375 on the stock turbo.

dr.frankenstein,the most power to my knowledge was ed brewer's car that went 11.39@116mph on pump gas and razors alky.i don't recall the weight of the car but do a search or run the horsepower calculator with some different scenarios.probably find power easily in excess of 400 horse.

thats great news.... so a high 10 might be possible in a 2300 lb car.
