Stock turbo rebuild

Just wondering who does this and for how much.

I had a small oil leak in the turbo so I started to dismantle it. Found some small plastic/rubber? piece that's broken. Turbo had no play or movement in shaft so I assume it's no too hard to fix. However, it seems like it's more of a PITA than I want to deal with.

So, I'm wondering how much it would run to freshen it up...

If the inducer wheel and exducer are ok then you can get all the parts from G pop shop. Around $100 plus shipping. You can do it yourself except for the balancing. If you can find a local shop that can do the assembly you might spend another $150-200.
