Stock turbo vacuum hose and plastic y

When I swapped out the old dry rotted vacuum line I looked inside the plastic y that goes from the boost solenoid? then the y off to the waste gate and port on the side of the compressor housing. One side had a metal plug in it with a much smaller hole. Which side goes to what? Thanks
