Stock Turbo w/waste gate acuator

I have a stock turbo that has 99,500 miles on it. It came with the car I just bought. The owner said it didnt smoke, but since the engine was being rebuilt he wanted to upgrade his turbo as well. Im taking his word on all of this. I honestly dont know enough about turbos to tell you if it is any good or not.

I would like 85$ shipped for the turbo and actuator. I have attached pics!
