As part of my learning curve for these motors and the associated turbos its time to ask how much booste can you fool a stock internal wastegate into controlling? While I will be using a pair of T3's off of the old 2.3L I4 Ford motor I'm pretty sure the design is very simular. I want to run between 22 and 28 psi of booste at max effort and still be able to dial everything down to run it on the street without having to carry as much alky as gas for detonation control. How much booste requires external gates and how do I modify internal gates to work to thier maximum potential?
