Idea! I know there is a category for Stolen cars but, there should be a page for PICs and information. Folks should take a picture of the whole car as well as some specific identifying marking i.e. custom parts, dents, scratches etc. Info should include VIN, License plate number (state), Contact info. Be specific, address and time of day will be helpful, someone on the list may have been in the area at the time. My 2 cents.
