Changing my window regulators/motors and I misplaced one bolt that bolts it in there are 3……I only have 2. Where do you think I can source this from. It is a very wierd bolt and very short. I am sure I would be good with only two, but I want a third

Drill & tap for a new bolt. Buy a bolt, & cut to a length that works.
Buy a bolt, cut it to a workable length, & put a nut on the back.
Done. No need for a special bolt.

Just guessing but try 1/4-20 x 3/8" long or 1/2" long

They have measuring tools at their nut and bolt section and helpful employees (most of the time). You'll likely find what you need, or the size you want to buy elsewhere, anyway. It just won't be zinc oxide coated.
