Stronger fans from other cars?

i know where to find plenty of the taurus' and intrepids, but will i have to make a custom wiring harness for it to work?

Hi,
First off, how cool do you want to run? At 160 plus, there is more friction and consequent engine wear.It kind of mitigates the power advantages, if you are running a frequently driven vehicle.Second, the temp rating on a thermostat is the point at which it begins to open, not fully until quite a few degrees more. On a long haul, temp will creep up to a point related to your system's btu removing capacity. Extra fan power will help the AC for sure, and cool the motor as well. The Euro fans seem to have a bunch of power. Just hear one of the BMW or Mercedes fans go!Food for thought...
