I nailed one w/ the Silverado. My first, too.
A cracked grille, and the mount on the headlite broken. Both cheapo plastic.
Grille $350
Headlite assy, "aftermkt", $670
What a ripoff.

I ordered a real GN header assembly from GNRestoration. Hopefully I got lucky and it's good product. I'll wait till I get an estimate to pick up the rest of the stuff.

Let us know how the header is, i.e.; fit, finish etc.
You got the fiberglass one correct??? I believe that's the only one sold nowadays as a replacement.

I bought a used 87 GN header panel from GNRESTORATION for about 600 plus a ride

The body shop is letting me buy all my parts. Then they are buying them from me.
