stutter issue

I have an problem that started about a week ago. When I hit a bump my car stutters. It's like the ignition cuts out for a second. The car even stalled once when I shut the hood. Any help on what I should check would be appreciated. Thanks

Positive battery cable is shorting out. Check it out down by the frame.
