Super Bowl house rental

I have a house I'm refurbishing and I'll be done with it before Super Bowl. I'm considering renting the house during that week. There's a lot of talk about renting homes. Any suggestions on marketing it?

I don't give a rat's ass what you use it for, just as long as nothing's dirty or damaged when you leave.

You might have considered the renovation after the Super Bowl! If you have any realitor friends they should be able to steer you in the right direction

True, but it was a real dump and it wouldn't have rented before.
