Do I need to drain the power master reservoir if I am swapping accumulators? I know a little will leak out of the accumulator when it comes off, will all the fluid in the reservoir leak out too?

No, the reservoir will not drain. Sit in the car, switch off. Pump the brakes about a dozen times. This will discharge all the fluid from the reservoir, and "depressurize". Then, when you unscrew it, just make sure there is a rag or some shop towels underneath to catch the drips. (When you discharge the accumulator, the reservoir will fill completely, may run over, so have the towel handy at that point)
