Swapping to new computer with PL

I have my latest tunes on my SD chip and PL on the old computer. How do I transfer this software and tunes to the new computer?
The new computer also has Windows 8 compared to the old laptop with windows 7.

Thoughts:
Save tune and email it to myself and download it to new laptop after PL install
Download latest PL version on new computer
(Can I download drivers from website?)

You should have all the tunes backed up anyway...
