Switched from 49 w/ Garrett housing to Precision now..

I get real bad turbo sneeze at part throttle, and it spools alot slower than the Garrett housing. The spool doesnt matter, i have a Pats 10'' 2800 stall sitting here waiting to go in.
But why the sneeze and how do i eliminate it?

The bigger exhaust housing = more flow on the cold side. More flow = more air to bleed off when you close the throttle. Which makes a bigger (louder and longer) sneeze.
