Sy-Ty head casting number??

A friend of mine has a pair of complete heads in very good cond. that he believes may be Sy-Ty heads. Casting no. 10144103. I don't know if they are or not. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.

I don't think Sy-Ty heads any different then normal 4.3 heads.

Correct. Stock syty castings are the same pieces used on all 4.3s up to mid 93.
