symptoms of faulty torque converter?

What are symptoms associated with a faulty torque converter? I think mine maybe bad. Extremely sluggish, and builds boost extremely slow. Also car will not to a burnout anymore.

Hmmm hard time building boost are you sure you have no exust leaks like the (crossover pipe)?Or vacume leaks?

I've checked and have no vacuum leaks. I still have to check the exhaust. The exhaust is pretty old and has started to rot. But its from the cat back. That wouldn't have anything to do with it would it?

no only before the turbo like the headers and crossover pipe.
