T-31 Compressor wheel

Looking for a T-31 compressor wheel for my damaged TA-49. I called Precision and they won't sell me just the wheel. They want me to send the whole turbo so they and install the wheel and sell me a rebuild. Any help is needed even if you don't have a wheel maybe you can point me in the direction of were to get one.

They want you to send it to them because they have the equipment to balance it if you dont balance ti it will prematurely wear the bearings and the fins could get chewed up on the inside of houseing.
