T/A update with photos question

I am told my motor is near completion. To confirm that, last Saturday I received a CD disc from T/A with 20 plus photos of my motor in various stages of assembly. They are very nice and give hope that the end is near ( light at the end of the tunnel) I am trying to download those photos on "Village photos" so you can see them there. However, I am having a problem in resizing them so they will download- they are to large. I do not have a resizing program on my computer. Can anyone provide some guidence here? Larry
