Not sure about that version. On the newer version there is a way to test the connection with the cable through the program itself. If there is anything like that on 2.13 I would do that and make sure that the cable is working and the program is communicating with the ecm. Other than that make sure you have vehicle chosen on Tlink as 87 not 84. Contact Ken Mosher if you need to, he will guide you through it and help you figure out whats wrong. I know think that he has a discounted price if you want to simply send in your old cable and upgrade to the new cable so that you can then download the new version for free and use it (upgrading the cable would be the only cost, I think). There is probably something up with the cable itself or the configuration for the cable on the program if you have issues connecting. On your cable are there any LEDs that show if there is power to it or info flowing back and forth?
