i have a ta49 that was pulled from my car a few years ago and sitting on the shelf.

only issue i remember is/was a broken exhaust bolt from when i was removing the downpipe

I know it's not a 49 and not sure how dead set you are on one, but I have a TE-62 with the .63 housing. It has a ****ping two passes on it and maybe a couple hundred street miles. Turbo was rebuilt by precision when I bought it a year ago.

Have a TA-49 just removed from a customer's car. It has a Garrett housing, $450. I installed it new, and is in very good shape, and has little use. This car was not a daily driver.
