Sorry if this is a mispost but I am looking at exhaust alternatives. Everyone seems to say that these are the best and also most expensive. Also what about the Arizona GN Headers same questions. Will this work well with my set up or will I lose my bottom end? They do not give dimensions on their website. I appreaciate any help you can provide:biggrin:

Headers

To me they are the best and they do cost. Arizona GN sells TA headers so they will be the same. I had china made and they are junk. I could not get them sealed. Best of luck.

i have yet to run them but the fit is nice and they have thick flanges for proper sealing. i have the stainless version and they are worth every penny i paid for them. i have a tig welder and by the time you buy the material and the time it takes to make a set of headers they are a great deal. i bought them from Nick at ArizonaGN. Nick is a great guy and knows these cars real well. i just wish i had the $ for another set:smile: ...............Bob

I got mine from Nick. Mild steel and Jet Hot coated. Fit is awesome, very solid items. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I HAVE THEM (TA) NO PROBLEMS JUST MAKE SURE THERE EVEN FLAT SO YOU DON'T HAVE ANY SEALING PROBLEMS

How about low end responsiveness for smaller turbo car(ta49) anybody have an issue?

I purchased a set of Hooker from Jet Hot, got alot of bad reports so I cancelled the order and paid a 15% restocking fee, ordered TA's and they are worth every cent. I got the mild steel and have sent them to Jet Hot for coating inside and out. I also got the 3.5" DP w/internal WG that will be getting coated as soon as I verify the fit into the new Fatman Fab front clip. I should have mine togrther within a week and hopefully get some dyno time.

Your car will be fine. Buddy of mine went 11.08 with TA headers running a journal bearing TE-61 and some other mods.

The headers fit great and look good. No sealing problems either as I recall.

TA Headers are great, but given your performance level, you may want to spend money elsewhere. Julio's progressive alky kit would be a great addition to your combo and you can pocket the difference. Those stock manifolds will take you pretty far before becoming a restriciton.

I have the stock headers on my car I was told that I wouldn't have to change them:confused: What do you guys think:confused: cardomain.com/ride/2308509

I checked ur car out. Pretty sweet. Nice combo. Guys have gone pretty fast with stock headers. A set of TA's would be nice but not necessary.

stock header's will go fast but the T.A' s will be giving you horsepower as well. just saw horsepower T.V. and they changed from a stock to a performance one and gain'd dam near 25-HP. from swapping headers.
T.A.'s in mine.
