What kind of part was it maybe they didnt have it in stock like someone says i dont know i ordered their ta performance headers from Gbody.com on a thursday or friday i got them monday or tuesday & i live in south georgia,
Same with the t&d roller rockers called them they didnt have them in stock. so i called champion & got them in like 4 or 5 days. I try to check ea. other vendors to make sure they have them in stock if im wanting it pretty quick.

All parts were in stock-I was told I had up to 3 pm on Friday to add anything else(I placed this order on early Thurs.) & was told the order would ship on Friday (which was perfect,would receive by next friday at the lastest to have my GN up & running for a local gathering)
It was the way it was handled,1st by one of the owners(female),then my her conterpart,gave me a bunch of excuses why it wasn't shipped (they said they were too busy & short-handed)
And said that my small order didn't warrant them to help compensate shipping costs to get my stuff here in time

Not taking sides either way here but I bought something from TA today. Turns out I had given them the wrong part number and they called back to straighten it out. They called me and it was a $25.00 item.
I've had a series of bad experiences with one very popular vendor. He has the parts I need, so I continue to deal with him, though I hate it. They almost always screw up my order somehow, but they make it right in the end. It's very frustrating. But I will not bash or complain on line about this vendor. Somehow, it just doesn't seem fair to hurt a guy who's trying to earn a living.
after the way he treated a friend of mine in public (at the wcn in vegas) i will never buy from ta. you dont walk up to smone that wants to buy parts and start off in a nasty voice by saying....."i heard you are looking for me .......wtf do you want"

A few months ago, I had problem's with some race parts that were over a year old. He stood behind his product and worked with me until the problem was resolved. I can't ask for more then that.
I too had an unpleasant experence with them. I ordered valve covers by credit card,waited two weeks for delivery. Called them and was told that they did not ship because card address was not same as shipping address. This was true but I was not told this when I ordered nor was I contacted. I guess if I had not called them I would still be waiting.

hey fred, can I buy that pair of "driver condition" door sills you bought from a member on ebay, for .99 cents and gave him bad feed back because they had a ding? i'll give you a dollar! you make me want to spend alot of money with t/a performance!!!
Ive always had good dealings with TA and they shipped out that day if I made an order by 3pm.Theyve got some really nice stuff....
Thing is,most Buick vendors are *******s,plain and simple.You get the people that say "were such a small market,be glad they still support us" BS
They make a profit or they wouldnt be doing it,PERIOD.And THEY should be glad that we support them as customers,even if were buying nickle and dime stuff which has the most markup alot of times.
I will not buy ANYTHING from TA just because of Nick Micale's insults towards many in the Buick community and his wild BS claims though.
