thank you!

Thanks guys, I'll try everything you guy's mentioned and get back to you.

If you have the tach wired right and it still doesn't respond, you most likely need this part:

TACH CONVERTER MODULE

It shifts the tach signal level to 12 volts. The CCCI only puts out 7 volts P-P, and won't drive many aftermarket tachometers. The dash mounted tach-boost module found in analog equipped cars uses a lower level drive. If you have a digital dash, you can still find the white wire in the C437 connector near the ECM, and use that as a source for your tach instead of having to feed a wire from unde the hood.
As a precaution, the two white wires found in the green connector are tied together, and frequently they corrode badly, so I'd recommend you cut the green connector off, then tie the two white wires together, crimp and tape, then bury into the harness conduit. The two wires might appear to be a color other than white since they kind of change color over the years.

Hi john, yeah I already cut and twisted both wires and put a new connector on still nothing. I'm going to try the white wire by the ecm and if that don't work "the tach goes back" it's a bummer too cause I fabricated an awsome bracket for these tach's.
