which of the two wires on the green connector in front of the water pump do i splice my aftermarket tach wire too?

Two white wires one green connector just hooked my tach to them and received no signal

What kind of tach? Usually its ground for one. Red fir 12 volt ignition and the tach signal to the Green connector by alternator. Some You have to cut brown wire fir 6 cylinder

the tach wire from behind the valve cover goes to the tachometer input on dakota dash harness on lower right. then go to setup option and put in the info

You'll need the sig 17. Or something like that. It's a tach interface.
