TAI Rules Sticky

Can someone please make a sticky on the TAI Rules. I know them but there are others who would most likely like to see them. Thanks.

Rules are simple
1.109 block
2.3 bolt turbo up to 75mm
3.fill up with 10 gal. 93 with all other racers
4.weigh 3450 iron heads 3550 aluminum head
