I haven't seen any slow down. As Jay said nothing has changed... Hmmm....

I dont see any excessive load on the server.. there is a good amount of RAM not being used and the processors arent pegged either. Not sure what the deal is unless its an issue at the NOC.

Beings that the media stuff is stored in files and not in the database, I cant see that adding a lot of overhead.

No speed issues today. Might very well be an intermitent NOC issue. I'm running Chrome for a while to see if it clears up my login/out issues.

Just the same old smart ass jay carter I've know from your days in Texas I was just saying the same thing every one else was saying but thanks for your intellectual response:)

Youre welcome. I hope you have a wonderful day.

I had this. Internet Explorer? If so, switch to Chrome or Firefox or Mozilla. No more staying logged in issues.

if using a windows based computer this is the only browser u should be using
http://www.comodo.com/home/browsers-toolbars/browser.php

it keeps google, yahoo, facebook trackers block, deletes all ur history after the window is closed, i love it. put it on my parents computer (which i honestly was reformatting once every 6 months because of virus(s) and now we are good over a year!

if u do choose to download it and use it, i highly suggest using ghostery teamed up with the dragon it blocks even more and keeps ur personal information even safer
http://www.ghostery.com/

when u go to download it, select the download for google chrome, comodo is chrome, edited

hope this helps, you should stay FAR FAR away from internet explorer

Well fellas jay carter says we can go to the other Buick sites lol there's nothing wrong here:)

Im going to make sure you head over there. I took the high road the first time. Its not going to happen again. See ya!

Took me about 2 seconds to load that page. Server load seems to be within acceptable levels too. We're going to see about putting more RAM into the server. The forum and database are running off a soid state drive so its not a seek issue. This server is the equivalent of a Stage 2 Twin Turbo engine in the world of servers. Its a couple years old but its much higher end than any servers I deal with at work.

Can you run a tracert next time its slow for you and post it?

just posting for the record, site is the slowest ive seen it. all my other sites just tested out fine, and i am now getting "turbobuick.error" message

Yup!
Slow here too. T6P also.

Mike B.

Ill try to run some tests tonight during peak usage. Im kind of pressed for time in the evenings but Ill try to do that tonight.

In the backend, everything is running smooth.. no errors, no load issues, etc. It could be a NOC issue. May also help to have the server optimized and I may look for a Xenforo specialist to do that for us.
