tc selection methods

Hey everyone, I've been toying with the idea of upgrading my tc since I've upgraded my turbo, cam, and intercooler. How do i find out what stall to use? I know that turbo size (cpt60) , cam (212,212), gears (3.43), and other factors determine what I need. I'm also running a 700r4 trans (the engine is in a f body). Is there a formula for determining what you need? Any help would be appreciative.

I'm assuming you want to stay lock-up. For a Te-60 you'll want to stay on the tighter side. Like a 2800 stall 9.5 or 10"
