I downloaded the atsg 2004r manual and im looking at it in preparation taking my tranny out to try and remove this stuck TCC valve.

Unfortunately, I cant tell if there is any way to tap the valve out from the opposite side from the diagrams in the book. Is there a way to do it?

another thing, in the book they show a pump removal tool, what is the way around using this tool

and also, though im sure this is in the manual... is there a gasket I need to have on hand for this process? I know there is atleast one o ring

ah, excellent idea

thank you

anyone have any idea about getting the TCC valve out?

Did you get the pump out yet?
If you can't get the valve out after you get the pump out you might have to take the pump apart to do it.

He will have to take the pump apart to get the stuck valve out. A new pump to case gasket and o-ring will be needed.
