te-60 and wastegate actuator

im putting a new downpipe with internal wastegate and a te-60 turbo on my car right now. i have a hd actuator that was on my stock turbo that went to 23psi. do i need to buy a new actuator because the actuator i have does not look like its going to work. thanks

The TE60 has a different setup. The compressor tabs need to be welded to the actuator. See the attached pic.
