I have a TE-60 turbo for sale with a polished compressor housing. The exhaust side is a Garrett .63 and all fins on both sides are in good shape no damage. This turbo worked flawless for me and made good power.

I used a stock restalled 2800 D-5 converter and to my surprize they worked good together, but a little more stall would have been ok too!!
