Installed te60 a couple of months ago, and cannot get the car to spool fast enough with a 3000 stall converter. Compressor side going to intercooler is not perfectly flat because I cannot get the turbo cocked down far enough once mounted. I have loosened all bolts on turbo and still cannot get it down. Would this cause any spooling problems? This turbo has a 63 precision exhaust housing. Is it easier to get the turbo to turn not being mounted on the car?
