TE61 200 miles...... in and out play

What is the cheapest way to repair this? Can I do it myself or do I need to ship it to John Craig. How difficult is it and do I need special tools to get it apart and put back together. Will it need re-balanced? Thanks Michael

Hey there clam, Im curious to see what the other members think. Anybody have ideas on what could have caused this premature failure? I know the car has clean and filtered oil going to the turbo. Anybody?
