Temp guage question...

Is there a coolant temp guage out there that utilizes the stock wires from the 2 wire temp sensor on the intake that sends the info back to the ecm? In other words is there an electric temprature guage that I can splice into these existing wires or is there one that I can plug directly into the ecm some how?

So instead of installing a temp guage I should just use the SM?

I leave my scanmaster on volts and coolant temps. a lot.

It's right in front of me on both cars, water temp. gauge isn't on one of them.

Works just fine updates every 1.5 seconds or so and the factory sensor is very accurate.

Next TR won't be getting a water temp. gauge but will be getting a scanmaster.

Just my .02, if you do install a gauge put the sender in the idiot light spot, use a T if you want both functions.

I'm just saying that's an option. Since the SM doesn't display temp as the default I'd be nervous of that.
