sorry I missed this one,but there are specific stretches for tennis elbow and most cases I have seen start in the neck.massege and heat applied to the neck area will also help.extend problem arm out in front of you lock it,point wrist and fingers only downward,take opposite hand reach over where palm is on knuckles,rotate fingers outward while pushing with opposite hand back toward your body,rotate and pull inward till you hit the pain,be sensible about it as you try and extend the strectching range.for the inside elbow entend arm to locked position,flip hand where palm is facing the sky,take non hurt hand and palm on palm and move wrist only back to your body and rotate inward.easy way to think about it is tennis elbow=knuckles out and out rotaion while pulling in,golfers elbow=knuckles in and fingers rotate inward or to other elbow.these exercises will help increase the bloodflow and extend range of motion.
