Here is a Hi-Flow 3in. Terry Houston cat. conv. that is 14ins. overall in lenght. I only used it 5 times on my car for about an hour each time just to get it threw emissions. I bought this from Red A. some years ago for $150 plus shipping. It is as new.

Why is there a U shaped cut out on the end that joins the downpipe?
What is the little bypass pipe? I didn't think RA's Cat came with that.

The U shape cut out was to clear a wideband bung if installed down low and the bypass was for other applications. This came from Red A.
