Lots of Variables
Depends on your rear end ratio and we could guess here and say it is 3.42:1.
Depends on your tire height and again we could guess here and go with a stock height 26" tall tire.
The final drive of the 400 is the same as third gear in your 200 4r if that is what you are running. Though you do give up a bit on the deeper first gear of the 200 4r so you'll have to launch it harder so match your 60' times. I say put her in d and drive it around and you'll know where you stand.
