TH400 long shaft conversion to short shaft?

I have a BOP TH400 long tail shaft trans and need to convert it to the short shaft tailshaft housing. Can someone tell me what I need and how much this conversion will be?

All you need is the tailshaft and the tailshaft housing. That's the easy part.

The hard part is that the whole thing has to be disassembled to get at the tailshaft. I did the exact swap but it was 24 years ago.
