I was building a spare trans, but a gear set deal went bust so instead of building a spare I'm going to sell some of both and build one killer trans. All prices are plus shipping.
I have two 300m input shaft/ drum combos.
The first one is made by Performance Products Machining and is solid. It requires a converter with a bushing for the turbine and you leave a bushing out of the stator support. Most quality converters have this bushing already. $275 for just the input/drum. Or $325 loaded up with clutches and steels (borg warner tan's or high energy, your choice)
The second one is a Coan. It can be used just like a stock input. $325 for just the input/drum or $375 with clutches and steels.

I also have two 34 element sprag/ drum combos.
The first one is an NOS th400 drum. This is the good one with all 4 apply passages (quick brake release). It has a brand new Borg Warner 34 element sprag held in with a spirolock on a race that measures 3.1595. It is loaded with 5 borg warner tan clutches, has transbrake return springs and is drilled. It also is setup for a roller bearing between it and the forward clutch hub. This is ready to go in a transbrake setup and should be good for 1000hp if everything else is right. $400
The second one is from Hutch Trans and is identical to the first, but it has a custom ground inner race that measures bigger and I was told it's good for much more hp. It uses a true-arc retaining ring to hold the sprag in and is loaded with 5 high energy waffle clutches. It requires a custom machined center support and I will supply one with it. $500
I also have a Sonnax billet forward clutch hub. You need this for anything over ~750hp. It has been machined to go along with one of the drums above. $100
Last I have a th400 short 2wd output shaft and tailhousing. Use these to convert a long shaft trans or a 4x4 unit. Both have new bushings and the housing has a new seal.
