What is your opinion of the hr bar at launch?

The HR bar was the biggest improvement I have done for the car suspension wise. Before the bar if I tried racing on the street I about died a couple times trying to make the corner....after the bar its road manners were 10x better.
no worries over 100 on the highway.
As far as launching I just footbrake till I start to hear the turbo spool and than stab it at the go light. It goes straight and true everytime.
Launching over say 5lbs boost I have had traction issues with the drag radials and I usually add a tenth to my 60ft.Prob more track prep then anything.
My drag strip time is very limited so im only going off first impression.quality was second to none.Ive only been to the strip a couple times with the car just to see how fast it was so If i go more next year Im sure I will come up with worth while input.

Nice run!! I still cant crack 116mph in the 1/4. Dont know why.

An 11.69 with a 1.7 60' is still a great run. And there is room to go faster on just the 60' alone. My best so far is a 1.57 on a 255/50/R16 MT DR.

I would hold off on the heads and cam and go for a wideband. I know they arent the end all-be all of tuning, but they help.

Before my wideband I was running consistent 12.0-1 @110. After the wideband and some street tuning, 11.7@115 on the first pass at Cecil the next time I went.

Try it. It was the best $200 I ever spent.

Congrats man, that is awesome! Great times, and congrats on being patient, reading all that you can read about your car, and tuning it yourself!! There is definitely something to be said for that!
