I would like to thank everyone for all the help last weekend. Steve yaklin for the great support and awesome program. Dave bamford for the head gasket. Bret rudbeck for use of his generator and all the other stuff he lent to get the gasket changed. Jack cotton for helping us narrow down what was wrong and unearthing a rocker shaft bolt at the bottom of a box of bolts that he had in his trailer. David day for all the help getting it changed. Bob slusser for handing us tools and beer. And steve hughes for getting the diy wideband built for me before the event.:) I should also thank Tammy for picking up all the tools and nuts and bolts we dropped. And dan the converter man for cooking the chicken legs. Also steve reynolds for his help.

So how did your car run? Do you need to make a change to your sig?
Any vids of your passes? Am I asking too many questions?:D ;)

The car ran good but i think the gasket has been going for a while now. I had been having trouble with being able to get the boost up where i wanted it. The weekend before last it went 10.29 @132.6 with a 1.47 60' At morocco it went a best of 10.26 @ 128 with a 1.40 60' surging in third gear. I think with the gasket burned between 4 & 6 it was loosing boost between them and in the finals it opened up. I am hopeing to go to the track this weekend with some 60 degree weather to get a slip for the sig. I have a vid. of me and dennis butt with his buick powered mustang i will send you.

Thanks Walt, but I have no way of hosting the vid (if you don't have it hosted already).......... If it needs to be hosted I'm sure I can find somebody to put the vid up!

It's nice to see you got your car hauling ass:cool: :)

Yeah I figured it might because it's probably too big of a file (I've had this happen before):(

If somebody can host this vid please step in and say so..... This way we can all see these two badass cars!

TTT..........

If somebody can host the video please send Walt an email!

Walt, were you able to collect your midwest challenge portion of the tsm payout? We stopped by the tent before leaving on Sunday, they were not sure how the payout was being handled.
