Mr. Osbourne has heeded the "All aboard" call and departed the station.

RIP to another of the artists for the soundtrack of my youth.

Yep many spring afternoons consisted of putting an ozzy tape in a boom box radio, plugging it in and setting it up in a window (batteries were hard to come by) going outside making a ramp out of whatever and doing little teeny jumps with the team Murray bmx ,feeling like the coolest kid on the block lol

Ozzy tapes got me thorough a lot of relationships when younger. I just played him at full volume yesterday as I drove home.

Thanks for everything Ozzy.

He gave one last one to the fans as sick as he was.His music was a huge part of my teenage years in the 80’s there will never be another one and he will never be forgotten, the man was a class act and a giant in the business.I got choked up when I heard the news RIP Ozzy and thank you for all the great music and memories.

RIP OZZY !

After hearing the passing of Ozzy, I couldn't control the great memories. Being an old Jarhead on leave, my cousin reachout to me from Detroit to let me he know he extra tickets for Black Sabbath and Blue Oyster Cult ,in the newly built Joe Lewis Coliseum in Oct,1980. All I can say ...What a concert and a out of this world light show. Although I didn't buy the tickets.. price 45 years ago. $9.50.

I drove about 1200 miles round trip from Tennessee, I'm thinking 60 cent a gal gas.
Wonder what today's prices for that exact trip and four tickets would tally?

RIP. I will always laugh when I remember when he went to sit down and the chair tipped over.
