Addendum:

This is good usable turbo, it has been boxed up in my basement since 2016.

No smoke and no shaft play and I priced it to sell, because I have no plans to use it and it is a turbo I bought new in 2008. It has a handful of passes on it and the rest of the 6k to 7k miles were cruising miles.
