I have to somewhat agree. I do a good 'warming' of radials and I've had as good as 1.89 on the short time. Most of the time I come between 1.9 and 2.1 on radials.

This does not mean go roasting the tires halfway down the strip. But a good warming will do.

Well, I always just did a quick spin 2-3 seconds on my 235 bfg radial ta's and would pull 1.87 - 1.9 all night long.
