Have this tranny laying around from a 77 olds cutlass will this work with my 87 GN

If the TH350 was bolted to an Olds engine it should bolt to the Buick. Top of trans bellhousing wil be shaped like this \__/ in center, if it's for a Chevy top center will look like this /\ pointed.
