Need to know how much the stud that controls the pressure setting measures from the top of the lock nut to the end of the stud. Not one out of the box but installed on the car with fuel pressure set.

Also, anyone know what size or part number for the o-ring that goes to the return line? NOT the one that goes to the fuel rail!

Thanks

i would have to go measure the stud, and not sure of the oring size, but you can get an assorted pack of them in the help section at auto zone.....

Cool, appreciate it. also the measurement of that stud would be helpful. Will post in a different thread what I am up to. Picture shows the oring I took off on the left and the one from Advance on the right. It will fit in the housing of the regulator but is not snug on the line itself.

i bought 1 last year from the napa in the parking lot of my shop last year and it worked like a charm. i dont believe the people up there are geniuses either so you should probably have just as good luck at your local napa. i brought my old one in with me.

call me tomorrow evening if you can to mark to discuss something we were talking about on the pike a couple weeks ago. thanks

Napa Part# 730-4912 the package contains both O rings for the fuel lines.

if no one post the length i will tonight when i get home

Got the orings, Pep Boys had the Help kit.

Reason I am asking for the stud height is that I put a plug in the top and concerned that the disc inside the regulator is going to bottom out on it. I am tapping off the side of the regulator for the boost reference line instead of off the top.

mark, i have a modded top i could have sent you so you could use the air brake fittings. it was drilled and tapped and still clears the stud.
